Sweet potatoes are one of the healthiest sources of carbohydrates, and combine that with 30g protein per serving in these pancakes, you’re all set for building muscle while still enjoying your food!

Oh and these pancakes have frosting too 🙂

(Makes 4-5 Servings)

Pancake Ingredients:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 scoop FitMiss Delight Vanilla Chai protein powder
  • 4oz cooked sweet potato with skin off
  • 1/8c oats
  • 1/8c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
Frosting Ingredients:
  1. In a blender, mix the pancake ingredients. Batter will be thick.
  2. Pour out 4-5 pancakes on a hot griddle (medium to low heat).
  3. Mix frosting ingredients and heat in microwave for 5-10 seconds.
  4. Melt 1/2 tbsp almond butter and pour on pancakes for a final touch.
